What started out as a simple experiment in figuring out what tires to replace the old ones, went a little out of control. Some of you may remember me posting pics last year. I've not been on here in a while due to life, but those issues are resolved, and I can't wait to get heavily involved in the community this year and make new friends. Anyway, here is what I've done to my Scout. 1. Replaced 44's with fully rebuilt 14bolt rear, Dana60 front 2. Upgraded all suspension components (Stayed leaf springs) 3. Detroit lockers f/r 4. 5.13 gears 5. On-board air compressor 6. Custom dash with gauges 7. Rebuilt 727 (with B&M Kit) 8. Rebuilt Dana20 9. Custom drive shafts f/r 10. 40" Super Swamper IROK's 11. Beadlocks 12. Full Cage tied to frame 13. New high volume power steering pump 14. Removed half dead ragjoint for Borgenson joint 15. Rebuilt and ported steering box 16. Welded plate to reinforce frame where steering box mounts 17. Installed Hydroboost from Astro Van (wow, what a difference) Everything done by myself except the gears/lockers and steering box Still need to do: 1. Dual Batteries 2. Winch 3. Hydro Assist steering 4. Fender Trimming (some already done) Once that is done, I have a non-ic 392 (got it for free) that I'm going to rebuild to replace the 304. Then do the bodywork and get a proper paint job.... Then it's onto the next project, a Travellette (which will be strictly a street vehicle) if I can find one at the right price/condition (that's always the trick isn't it?) Anywhere, here is how she sits as of today (with a crappy homemade ragtop for now)

Yeah, can't wait for it to be done.
Then I'm going to start looking for a travellette or maybe a travelall
