It was great to see everyone at the meeting, even Chris. I wish we could have stayed and had some pie but Chris was in such a hurry to start the meeting I didn't even get a chance to finish my lunch.

Cant wait for the next meeting.

Thanks for letting me tag along, it was great to meet the new and see the old faces again, although next time I will try and be on time to have more time to socialize. The food was great as always and I will make a point of stopping off at the Salt Lick on the way to the bash in April.

I also appreciate your ongoing efforts to help support the charity BBQ at the IH Nationals again this year, between all of our respective clubs we are sure to have another giant check to donate .

Don't be strangers and if you are ever in the Katy area please feel free to look me up as I always can use an extra hand around the shop or someone just to kick tires with.

Luling: Stop at City Market. Pork ribs and brisket.

Lockhart: Stop at Smitty's downtown or Kreuz just north of town. Smitty's has good brisket and ribs. Kreuz usually has great brisket, pork ribs, sausage and pork chops.
