Junkyard would be the cheapest for the clamp, or you can probably get them from any of the Light Line dealers like Super Scout Specialist, IH Only and IH Only North, Isa's IH, etc. IH Only (both of them) as well as Isa's is closest to you so that would be the quickest route.
As far as ordering parts, they're pretty much the same for any 345 until you get 'internal'. And since you said the original engine was yanked and this one was swapped in, it would take Karnak the Great to figure out what year engine you have without peeking inside. It's not really an issue unless you get into internal engine components, rings, pistons, etc., there are some differences depending on year with those. Most things though you can get if you just use the year of the Scout, not including the carb since we have no idea what that is either and what it came off of.
