Default Scout ii lift kit advice?

I'm looking to go up around 4 inches. I know rough country and sky jacker sell "complete" kits. I saw alot of people did soa kits on here. I'm looking forthe best bang for the buck. It's a budget build but don't really want to go cheap on suspension. Any help would be helpful. Thanks
