Anyone ever try a rattle can paint job?

I also had drying issues with rattle car rust oleum. Its tough stuff no doubt. But you cant spray over it and its a pain to remove like you said.

I kinda find rattle cans kinda painful after the 3rd can and its kinda tricky to get proper coverage. but i did a cheap paint job where i used one of thous electric air-less sprayers you can get cheap and real cheap at a yard sale and i painted a suburban with it and it looked amazing

I guess that's ok if you don't have compressed air. But how many scout guys don't own a compressor?
A spray gun at harbor freight is only 10 bucks on sale.
