FWIW I ended up doing the Holley conversion instead of buying a DUI. It turned out quite well! Right now it's sitting with a complete EFI kit in the same box it has been in for four years. Very few people can outdo me when it comes to procrastinating.

I then cut the wires coming out of the base. the 2 from the pick up go to the 2 pins on the 8 pin modual that are by themselves. The other 2 pin plug goes to the cap end of the plug from the dizzy. I then connected 12v to the batt term on the cap.

I searched high and low and could not find this info, so thought I would put it where someone like me could find it.

Thanks and good luck with your swap.

Heres some pics...

ok i just have one question about this, im looking at my harness and at my diagram i have off of shopkey and the stock ignition coil on the tbi harness has 4 wires on it, 2 pink and 2 white, do i just connect these together to bypass them and use the coil in the cap? im assuming so but just wanna be sure before i do it.

it says that the pink is ign sw and the white is inst cluster and they go to the ign modual

The large pink goes to the Batt terminal on the cap and the white goes to the tach.
The small pink goes to the + on the module and the white goes to the C.
Just like the wiring diagrams.
You can connect both pinks both whites together.
