Scout 800 horn wiring setup

I am trying to hook my horn up on my 66 800 but cant figure out where to hook the #25 wire that is hot all the time and makes the horn beep when grounded. Anyone know where it supposed to be hook to on the steering wheel end?

well, I got it figured out I was missing the roller contact that slides in a sleeve on the column. I found one on an 80 column but it will required some mods


edit: I was digging through a box of parts and found the correct part, I guess on the 800 column they did not use a roller but just a contact
