Default checklist for getting a barnfind up and running

I may be headed for Nevada this weekend to investigate and possibly retrieve a possible barnfind. Its a 1975 4x4 with an auto trans. The fellow selling claims it was running ok 3 years ago. Its been sitting since.

I am thinking my barnfind kit should include:

a fresh battery
5 gals on gas
oil, atf, brake fluid, water, 90wt
points, rotor, cap autolite plugs (did a 1975 with a 345 have points or a goldbox)?
spark plugs
timing light, dwell meter,
test light

Is there anything else I should bring for an ih truck thats been sitting for 3 years?
