Default Summer Gas / warmer weather

Ive noticed recently my Scout has started idling a bit higher. Is this possibly from "summer gas"? Would the newer mixtures be out yet?

I assume Ill just turn down the idle screws, but wanted to verify that there wasnt some other step I should take (play with the timing?) now that its getting warmer out.

Also, aside from thicker oil, what other simple changes do people make as we transition from winter to summer?

TIA
