Default Injection Forum Donation: GM/IH EFI Wiring Diagram

Payback for all the help from Bill and everyone else...

This Wiring Diagram is exactly how I wired my Scout for the GM EFI System. Fired up first time. Easy to trace colors (per the GM harness) and connections from the diagram to the Scout. If you go carefully, wire by wire, double checking and THEN perform the Key "ON" voltage checks...It WILL START 1st time if all sensors, relays, TBI Injectors, and ECM are fully functional (not fried beforehand).

I used the Duraspark Distributor Conversion, 1227747 ECM, 454 BB TBI (note the crossed wires), no EGR, no Knock Sensor, with VSS, with A/C, with Park/Neutral wire. I even listed the IH wire/circuit numbers I used to tie in to the Scout.

Happy Scouting!

Thanks Dave, it looks awesome.
One note to others(well maybe one)
It looks perfect printed. It just doesn't do it justice looking at it on screen.

Make sure to read the notes!!

Here's a small jpg example.
Print the pdf file for use at home!!

Nice Work ... Printed it out on 8.5 X 14, legal paper, looks "killer", saved it to a file.
Boy that's a Sloooowww opener on a dial connection...

Still gathering parts for my conversion....decided I'm going to install EFI on the 409, just for the hellofit..may still put the 4.3 in at a later dated...
