I was wondering what measurements/info you need to build a z link and about how much it would cost. Thanks

Set straight edge on top of knuckles TRE hole to TRE hole, Measure from bottom of straight edge which is top of TRE hole to bottom of pitman arm hole.
    That is the measurement needed.
You will be able to adjust Z-Bar +/- for length.
Make sure vehicle is parked level and wheels and pitman arm pointing straight!
    $250 + shipping.
If i can find the TRE's for a better price, I will adjust accordingly.
    Tube is 1.250 D.O.M..

Ok. Do you have any pictures of ones you have done? Do you replace the steering knuckle TRE with a heim joint like anythingscout does?

No pic's yet at this time.
I will ask Joe D. who replied on another thread, If he can possibly post a pic of the one i made him installed on his scout.
The Z-Bars are out of the box ready for install with minor adjustment to center steering position.
    No modification required!
You do not have to replace anything!
The Tie Rod Ends with Jam Nuts are beefier then stock and have the correct taper to install on your stock pitman arm and knuckle.
No welded bungs are used, This is a solid D.O.M. tube with threaded ends.
