Jeep is doing great. I got rid of the cast iron Rams Horn manifolds, and replaced with center drop shorty's. I would like to log some data and re-chip, but for the life of me I cannot establish a connection in winaldl. I have tested and replaced the data cable. Tried 3 different laptops. Even tried a couple different ecm's.
If I plug a different device into the com port, (such as a joystick), it is detected by windows and usable. But for whatever reason the data cable will not detect.

    I appreciate any suggestions.
    Thanks again!

Go to device manager and see what port is assigned to the cane, then look at the driver date.
If it's newer then about 2010 then you had the wifi enabled while loading or connecting the cable.

    Hi Bill.
I still cannot get connectivity. Did a system restore. Turned off Wifi. Reboot. Cycling through the COM's. Tried a different laptop but it is newer than my main laptop which is from 2001. Nothing.
I am going to try a different cable now.
I have new headers and put a RV Cam in so really want to get some data to you. Hope you are well.

What you need to do is have everything in front of you while at the jeep and then call.

    Hi Bill,
Data on a drive there and back yesterday. It was all highway driving, I just wanted to do a trial run. I see there is no speedometer data, will look into that. Will also take fuel pressure and report before next run with city driving. Also need to put my 12v power supply to constant power so that inverter can power laptop with key off.
    Thanks bud.

    Fuel pressure is 11.5 psi
No speed input, not sure if you need that or not?
Data attached (I think its the right data, the date on my laptop is way off)

Data from today on an hour long drive city and highway.
Have a hesitation in low gears that clears out at cruising speed. It backfired once.
Power steering pump needs replaced is on serpentine belt and probably why voltage was moving around.

You have some electrical interference that may be the source of your misfire.
I doubt you reved to 6000rpm as shown.
Your TPS is a little high and at the end was jumping a little at idle.
    try setting to 0.2%/.55v
The rest did not look bad.
