    i am wanting to fix up my steering wheel and could use some pointers from people who have done this.big cracks in spokes and small cracks in wheel,Thanks

    I did my steering wheel last Summer. I used the filler from KBS Coatings. It's very important that you grind out the cracks a little bit to expose a clean surface before applying the repair compound. A word of advice... Tool it as close to the shape you want before it dries as possible. It may be one of the worst materials to sand that I've ever worked with. The overall end result was well worth the time spent on it. I also used a two part clear over my painted wheel and deliberately created an orange peel effect on the areas that I grip so it wasn't too slick in the hand.
