I have my hydroboost, m/c and ps pump but I don't have a steering box yet. I am wondering if all of the Scout ps boxes are the same. This is going on my '70 800a. If they are different which is my best choice or is there another choice?

    Also used or remanufactured ?

    Thanks, Terry

The scout ii boxes are the same except for the 1980 and it has O ring fittings . Get a box and have a shop port it and rebuild it . A shop like Benchworks steering can do that for you .

there is a difference in the output shaft size, I think one is 3/4 and the other is 11/16. Spline count would be different too.
