What lift is best to smooth out bumps and potholes?
My traveler is my daily driver, I will be moving to where I will have a mile of muddy-potholed road before hitting the pavement.
Rite now I have tired XLT springs and old shocks so I need do something. Don't think I need a lot more height but I want more travel and absorbing before hitting the bump stops.
Is it worth getting the rancho 9000s for the adjustability? Currently running 31" tires
    Let's hear the opinions

I have lived most of my life on a similar kind of road and the best ride I could ever get out of my old clunkers was with large tires and low air pressure, of course this will give you other problems if you do a lot of highway driving. As far as shocks go I currently have bilsteins on my scout and I don't think you can get a better shock, they have worked great for me.
