I am replacing the head gaskets, 1974 scout II 345 and when finishing the final torque sequence (90lbs) the number 7 bolt snapped. Now, I have not yet extracted the threaded portion but I am looking to replace all of the head bolts. I cannot find part numbers for these bolts anywhere? Any one know where I can get new bolts? I believe the PO over torqued the bolts at one time and now they are junk. They look fine, but I cannot risk a second headache.

Sorry if this info is anywhere, but I have not been able to find it. Thanks!

Really isn't any I know of unless you went with stud bolts. Nothing wrong with a set of used head bolts.

According to my 800B parts book, the 304 (and I assume the 345) uses three different lengths; four are 1/2"NC x 2-7/8 and have number 223 975 R1. Using that number in an internet search brought up a number of sites, Ebay included.
    Two are 1/2"NC x 4" ; number is 221 219 C1
    Five are 1/2"NC x 4-1/2; number is151 179 R1

Thank you all for the info. I realized this is not a part you can buy off the shelf. I got all these bolts to 80lbs until one snapped. I will look for NOS or comparable stock bolts. Junk yard wrenching.

..Or find/ask a IH guy near you. Most will have some bolts kicking around.

If you don't find used bolts easily? I ordered new bolts from ARP. Had to measure up and order single bolts though. I couldn't find a complete set anywhere.
