That’s astounding what that stuff does.

It looks like your well on your way to your own Museum of Japanese Vehicle Jacks.

You can tell people “JJ” means “Just Jacks”.

    I kill myself...

Love those jacks. Wish there was one that went up like 2 feet for my Scout.

I got a rainy day almost-as-easy project this weekend:

A retired lift chair from Eldora, where I learned to ski. Weld up a leg set, fab some sort of canopy, make a unique patio loveseat out of it.

Looks like a chair from a Hall Lift?
Spent a "little" bit of time one summer back in the 70's early 80's painting a few of those at a ski area I worked at. Meaning all the chairs on the lift. Luckily it was a smaller ski area but it was still one of the most mind numbing monotonous jobs I ever did..

Yessir-- you can just make out the "H" to the right of the red tape.

I had a job like that up in WY years back: placing riprap on a boat ramp. My colleague called that type of work "the maximum medium of tedium".

    LOL.
The owner of the ski area was super cheap. I think he paid us about $1.25 hr. He supplied just enough paint and two cheap brush's. About halfway through we had about enough of the brush and the brush just about had it as well so we became creative. Had one of these back at the house with a old hoover so we used it. Actually painted my first IH with it as well. I know, the horror by todays standards but it's what we could afford and it worked ok, considering... It certainly made the rest of the chair routine a little easier.

Funny that you mention that as carrying around wood blocks is what I want to avoid. Scout is full enough as it is.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
