Anyone know if the old 4 - 7 swap, that used to be popular on Chevy 350s, has ever been done on a IH 345? If so, what cam was used? Thanks guys!

Afaik that "fixes" a specific issue with the Chevy, that only applicable during racing usage . I doubt you'd get anything at all by doing it to an sv

From what I was reading, it corrects a lumpy idle issue issue and may increase horsepower by 1-3% mostly above 5000 rpm...

So likely zero impact on a 345.
