It's ACC, with the mass backing on it, and 1/4" padding over the curved parts, but NOT the vertical parts, of the wheel wells. The mass backing makes it fit decent, and the pad helps, too. Its still not a real good fit, in my opinion. I dread carpeting these things...none of the kits I have put in fit to suit me very well.
The front piece of this one fits better than any I have used, but it's still not perfect around the tunnel area. At least it was wide enough to come to both door sill plates at the same time...and the heel pad is almost straight and isn't halfway up the tunnel!:)

You are right most dont fit from door to door. The rear looked better than most I have seen, the arch cut out usually is to high, the padding must help

We were selling them, but it's not something that we're stocking. IH Parts America and Scott Services both sell them, though. They are nice, and are direct bolt-ins.

Thanks, guys! We're really happy, and so is the customer. I took it and had the pictures taken this afternoon, and the customer just left here 10 minutes ago...WITHOUT the Scout:cornfused:

It looks like rain, and we offered to deliver it to his house either tomorrow or Sunday when it isn't raining, which he was all for. :)
