Just got this the other day.pretty cool.
Where did it come from?
I see it has a few names I'm not unfamiliar with.
Last spring, I pulled apart a couple old condensing units that looked much like that:
which I'd had sitting around for years. One motor from those got used to drive the gearbox which rotated that large drum and which I posted pictures of last week. I still have one early refrigerator compressor which used sulfur dioxide as the refrigerant. It's all neat old stuff and worth understanding the details of; reading such information sure beats wasting time in front of the TV listening to the normal brain-numbing programs or to the lies of the so-called news.
Harvester ! Got it on the Mcmcormick auction site. Ihc ONLY ! On FBook.
A lot of those names are not IH,they are suppliers of parts, ranco are controls (thermostat, high pressure switches) I think other stuff has been added to the manual, very neat though.
Dana I have never seen a sulfur system, have worked on ammonia system, removed and put in the back of the company van, about a mile down the road it shifted and started leaking, had to push it out in the middle of the road.
