I am currently running a Mallory Unilite Dist., and a Jacobs Ultra, could these be used when converting to Hamilton Fuel Injection, or would I still have to get a different distributor?
This is for a 75 Scout II with 345 auto, two barrel manifold.

    Thanks,
    Brian

I would assume the coil would be fine, however the mallory is an optical pickup I think? It might work to send the tach signal to the ecu but I don't think the EST module will be able read it as it is expecting a VR input.
It was either mallory or msd or someone similar that just used a duraspark pickup coil painted red for their "performance" dizzy.

As stated, the Mallory unilight will not properly work for timing control.
If you still have the stock distr then it can be converted. I assume it would be missing the drive gear.

MSD uses the Ford dura spark style pick up in their Pro Billet distr line.
