Thank you sir! It is an ACC kit, I ordered thru www.stockinteriors.com . Pretty straight forward. You have to pull it out of the box so it will relax. All the bumps and contours were there, it even had the output on the firewall for the heater duct and e-brake cable. The edges were trimmed out too, just a matter of cutting out for the dimmer switch and shifter. Super easy.

thank you sir! I was thinking about your project in the fact that everything would be the same but opposite. Like the RHD mail Scout IIs that we had here. In my wiring diagram section of my book, it has your RHD version of truck included. Kinda neat.

Last nights party. Good thing all of these things are numbered, it has been extremely helpful to have the shop manual with the wiring diagrams on hand. I also have another one on my lift that was manufactured within 3 months on this one for reference. This would have taken me so much longer. Bad enough that I am at the age of my life where I can't see the numbers very well, so I resorted to taking pics with my iPhone and blowing them up so they could be read. You guys in your 50s will understand what I am saying, in the last 6 months it seems like it is harder to see small stuff against a dark background.

Some things that I did find out though. Mike Moore of Scoutco had sourced me a tilt column for this project, and I couldn't get signal at the alt gauge or anywhere in the dash. Turned out that the main junction switch at the base of the column, the one that is wayyyyyyy up in there is 180 degrees opposite of the non tilt. After I looked at the wrecked one on the lift and the original column that is now 12 feet above the shop floor in the rafters I confirmed it. Once the plug was orientated correctly in the socket I had power! I confirmed by pulling on the headlight switch, the dash lights came on!

And...the motor turns over with a key. Party!

Yep, I've been following along and recall you have a place right next to the hot springs pool. We live in Evergreen but spend a week camping (lately in the Lake City area) and wheeling almost every year in the San Juan's. A quick trip over Engineer or Cinnamon pass and presto, instant fun for the day.

I found a glass guy fairly close that works off the books on Saturdays to install my windshield and rear hatch glass. He’s building a 72 C truck with his daughter and this is financing the build. Great guy too, I was one of three that he was doing. In normal times I probably would have taken it somewhere but in virus times home services are the way to go. He was here and gone in less than an hour. Thanks Troy!
