Can anyone confirm the proper amount of oil to refill a 345 V8 (including filter)?

    Six (6) quarts.
That is for a Scout II or pickup-Travelall-Travelette-Wagonmaster chassis.

What Model, Make & Year is your 345 engine in ???
It depends on the chassis it is installed in.
Scout, Pickup, Loadstar, Cargostar, Combine, Stationary engine....????

From reading 6 quarts was the norm up to 7 qrts on scouts with the dual sump if running lot of highway due to the drain back. (this is what I've been reading).
