    Hi Everyone,
My 1966 800A has been having occasional headlight issue for last year .. now permanent. Low beams do not work but High beams do work. Bulbs have been replaced and still no low beams. Ideas on how to efficiently trouble shoot.

    Thanks in advance,
    Noah

Check your grounds and check your headlight switch for power on the low beam side.

Power goes from the headlight switch (circuit #16) to the dimmer switch on the floor, then through the bulkhead connector (both high & low circuits #17, #18) to the headlights. The headlight ground wire serves both sides.
The easiest place to check is the dimmer switch and its connector. If it shows power going out on both circuits, the problem is either at the b. connector or the wiring downstream.
