    It’s the regulator and the voltage drop in the connection between sense wire on the starter and the regulator. It’s first generation solid state (as opposed to the mechanical regulator that feeds the gauges (back of the oil pressure/temp gauge).

    Replace main feed wiring- all of it- or replace the Transpo with an onboard one- a good alternator shop will be able to rebuild the hitachi and put one on.

    Ok cool, I swapped fuel pumps out and it helped but is still pulsing some what I will try your suggestion. What color is the wire you are talking about looks like all mine to the regulator are white
