Do we have a date set for the annual meeting yet?
Spoke w/President last night and tenatively I think they are planning on March 5th. I don't know of any other details, but I am sure when its nailed down he will post here first. I don't think its in stone yet but might be a date to try and keep open. See you there.
I was thinking we had voted last year to move it to April since March seemed so chilly that last few times.... did I just dream this or was it wishful thinking?
I'm not sure. We could have, but I don't remember. Makes no difference to me, but I am available on the 5th and April is up in the air for me because of a coworker not being able to handle his job duties. Did I say that out loud.
The annual meeting is scheduled for 19 March, 1100 am. Location TBA.
Gary and I would like to hold the meeting in a resturant with a large parking lot and a meeting room in central Oklahoma. Any ideas?
As of now, I am off that day. But who knows what the little schedule master has in store for me. Hope we get to make it and see everyone.
I plan on being there. Have we found a location yet?
Join us for the annual meeting and election of new club officers.

Feel free to come early and stay late. The meeting room is reserved for SWS from 11am to Noon.
Where: Golden Corral Restaurant - 1501 SW 74th Street, OKC

Since the club is not providing the meal this year annual dues will be $10. Please join us. As always, bring an IH and a friend!
I will be there. If any of you have a transmission input shaft off of a t-90 that stabs into a 67 800 with a 266 v8,I would be interested in buying it from you.The shaft is about 12 1/2 inches long and has 10 splines on it. Thanks and see you soon.
It was good to see everybody again at the annuel meeting today and to see new faces there.
I want to thank the past officers for all they have done for the club in the past, and look forward to see what we can do to help the new officers with the job of leading the club. Kenny & Sandy Wiens
Yes it was good to see everyone, current members and new members. I liked the enthusiasm of the new blood. Kenny are you going to try and go to Tuttle Creek in May? I'm not for sure yet, I'll just have to play it week by week. But hope to make it, thats always a good trip.
I will be their if the money holds out ???? I was talking to the wife on the way home if things work out I could have a Scout to drive too ??????????? A lot of ifs right now. Kenny
Who are the new officers and did we set a date for anything yet?

I'll be posting the last newsletter to the SWS website as soon as time permits and we will be trying to assemble one (or at least meeting minutes) for the annual meeting.
SWS website has been updated and the JAN 2011 newsletter was added, in case you missed it.
Newsletter for the meeting is currently in process and will be posted soon!
