    always wanted to try one of these so when i found one at goodwill i had to test it out, i didnt take the time to mix and color match my dash pad because im wrapping it anyway but i was very impressed with the results! 20170205_231547.jpg

    yep, coming along real nice. I had a friend who had similar lights on top of his scout 15 years ago. Looks as good now, as it did then! I think he only had 3 lights, but I like the 5 light look even better.

    Matt's right. You should look at some of the builds here. Many of us have had our junk on stands for way too long!:wrenching:

    yeah but i am an impatient man haha, thanks! im pretty excited to have them working i think they look pretty cool too! i still have to wire up my led backup lights, led fog lights, cb radio, and cd player. ive got a massive pile of parts growing roots haha

    last night i was on my way to my little bros bday party and my brand new fuel pump crapped out on me, had to have it towed, thank god for aaa. today i stuck a different carb on and fuel pump and its running the best it has ever! drained the oil out of the pan and found huge chunks of mud in it....new projects!

    Man that suck about the breakdown. At least it gave you a reason to change the fuel pump and carb. Glad to hear it is running again.

    got the pan out and soaking, itll get painted and put back together tomorrow, is 30 weight okay? ive got some 14 dollar a quart break in oil with zinc in it thats 30 weight i was gonna use if it wont be too thin 20170217_161403.jpg

    what weight oil do you guys run? mines a 304, given the sludge i pulled out i feel like i should use heavier than 10-30
