your tank might be sitting a bit high unless your planning on running some body lift. I made a tank too and it sits a bit lower and just barley fit. I had to add a one inch spacer to the front and back of my skid plate to make it work.

That is no where near a stock tank. Stock tank mounts to the body/frame with straps.

    That's a 30-33 gallon aftermarket tank.

I'm glad you posted a picture of the back of your frame. If you look at where the rearmost body mounts rest on the rearmost frame member, You will see how they have bent and sagged under the weight of the body. If you straighten them, they will sag again as soon as the body goes back on. On mine, I welded in two gussets on either side of the body-bushing holes to keep that part of the frame surface square and supported. Now is a great time for you to fix that under-engineered area.

Yes I agree I welded in a 1/4 plate gusset on the outer sides of those body mounts too. Actually I gusseted every body mount, and shock mount as many have said the stock mounts/welds are not cut out for wheeling.

I have the same tank and just ran fuel line from one to the other, short closed loop. Mine is a diesel and I have no use for the evap.

Looks clean. Color is hard to tell in pictures but I like it. I like that it's a lighter color. What's your paint scheme? All one color?
