[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] Hi, I have an old 1964 IH Scout with a pick-up style cab. It has been sitting at my late father's farm in Northern Minnesota since 1978. I need to clean out the farm and need to sell the old Scout. Can someone here give my an idea of a fair asking price for the old scout.

It is in poor condition but it is a complete Scout. Four cylinder Engine is there along with the rest of the running gear. Body is a typical Minnesota "Rust Bucket" but it is complete.

Please, someone shoot me a fair asking price range for this old classic The Scout is essentially a parts vehicle. Thank you. Ron Johnson, 425-879-6779.

The pickup top might be of value to someone, but other than that perhaps a little more than scrap value.

I could use the top and the complete door window assemblies. I think shipping would kill me

With the rust, it is certainly no "hidden jackpot on the farm." But it would be nice to see another scout saved by someone in the community, rather than have it go to scrap.

Does it fire up? If so, you could probably get a grand or more. If not, I'm guessing you are squarely in the $600-700 range.

Of course, i'm a cheapskate, so there may be others out there willing to pay more.

$500 if the buyer hauls it away. Cash.

I know of a similar Scout in northeastern South Dakota that recently sold for $600. Appears to be similar in condition too.
