It's not a traveler, but still set up for full top, WHAT IS IT ?
Not seeing the issue here? Looks like any SII with full top removed to me.
Was under the impression that it had to be 118 inches wheel base to be a traveler,
So just trying to get model right
International Harvester Scout II, 100" WB.
ALL Scout models have removable tops.
The technically correct term for a 100 inch Scout, the one International used, was Traveltop. The Traveler was 118 inches as was the Terra. And, as was stated above, all the tops were removable.
Ok was having argument with parts house over what it was thanx for clarity
All of the mechanical parts are the same on a Scout and a traveler, just the traveler is 18 inches longer with a different top.
Thanks to all, I'm clear on this now,
Got brake job to do this weekend, will be so relieved to have my own ride after months on sitting.
