What I used was Schultz rubberized undercoating by 3M. Dries fast. Abrasive resistant and very durable. I am very pleased with the results.

I have a 147 Cub cadet. It is a hydrostatic. And the last year for narrow frame. I use it to cut my grass. It has a 42” cast iron deck. Best...
18 gauge I believe.
