Here goes: Mainly need a shop!
1) Change tubs out (in the process)
2) Rotors and brakes
3) Rebuild springs
4) Carb adjustment
5) Paint, Tires, Etc.
6) Mufflers
PS Does it ever stop? Where's Chip Foose when a person needs him?
 and lots of it!

Mine needs gas. Well, it has gas, just needs to get it from the gas tank to the carb. Dang rust in the gas tank always ruining my day.

Ive had that problem, I went through about 5 inline fuel filters before I broke down and bought the por 15 us standard gas tank sealer and have been trouble free ever since Ive used that stuff in 3 tanks now and will use it in my next 800 build as well
