FYI for those who have sent off your entry fees for the IH Nationals in Springfield. I sent mine in on June 6th and hadn't heard any acknowledgement, so I e-mailed Midnightstar Productions to see how this works and what we should expect.
Gail Glancy of SSS was kind enough to give the following response;

We do not mail out any confirmations untill about 2 weeks before the show. Our people are there at the gate to direct you back to the show area and all you need to do is go to registration. If you have other club members that are worried if we received their entries just email me and I will let them know too.
What is actually mailed to you is just a paper with your entry number on it and a questionaire that we ask you to fill out and bring into registration. Everything else is picked up at our registration table in the building. When you arrive at the fairgrounds we have people on golf carts that direct you to our building. What we actually send to people before the show really is just a formality as anyone coming to the front gate for the Nationals (even the ones not registered) are just directed back to the registration desk. The paper we send is not the ticket into the show. We are within the Cars and Parts Show, but we have our own area and if someone shows up at the gate driving an IH vehicle they are directed to us. You will receive a window sticker at the registration desk that you will put on your vehicle that gets you into the show every day. At registration you will also receive your window card with your vehicle class, your t-shirt and goody bag. If you ordered any extra show t-shirts you will pick those up there too.
So basically if you forget and leave the confirmation paper at home you will get in...as no one will ask to see it anyway.

Just thought I'd share this info with those headin North in September. :D
Use this thread to post up and tell who's going up if you like. Myself and the wife will be flying up and getting a rental car @ Columbus airport. Staying @ cottage in Butler. Will be at show definitely all day Friday! Play the rest of our weekend by ear, as we will be visiting relatives and friends in Columbus and Ashland. Who else is in? Dirk and Fred I know,..anyone else.:cornfused:

Gonna be a great time and see you there!:punk::punk:
