It was Enter Sandman by Metallica. Apparently, they've built an auto detect for copyrighted content. You can appeal to the copyright holder for a fair use exemption (which I think this is) but I didn't think this was worth the effort. Copyright has been a big issue on YT, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they would come up with something like this.

Metallica has always been on the fore-front of copywright infringement... Look at what they did with Napster, and online downloading in general...

Apparently YouTube has a library of copyright free music you can use. I might have to dip in to that for the next video.
