The full title is International Harvester Refrigerator Recipes: Tempting, Different, Easy to Make. This book was published by IH in 1950. This offers 31 pages of recipes made using what I presume are frozen items that can be kept in an IH fridge. These seem to be somewhat available online if you do a search. No Library of Congress number of ISBN, so I assume this was a dealer promo or something that came with a refrigerator, but it is being sold still at some used booksellers.
