RMIHR Potluck supper Friday, July 16th starting at 6pm under the cottonwood in Salida. Theme is more or less TexMex again. Ice, plates, napkins, cups and flatware will be provided. I'll do chimichangas again and Diane Cavender has a new recipe to show off. We will need some other main courses, sides and desserts. Bring your own drink. You may want to also bring a chair as I have no idea how many spares will be available.
