Default Back Problems??

For those of us (old or young) who have back problems like I do, I found something at a yard sale yesterday for $20 bucks I have been wanting to try and man did it every help my back after only using it a couple of times.

This Inversion Table really has helped me and by talking with Spence, one has helped him not have back surgery he was going to have to have for a herniated disc.

Doesn't look that comfy but it really wasn't too bad. Just dont stay for more than a couple of minutes at a time. I LIKE IT!!!! LOL

I've been outside planting/mowing/mulching/watering.

So I've got all over problems.

I'll try anything right now, even hanging upside down, if it works.

I'm at that point in my life where I think I'm still 25, but my body says, no you ain't!

"I ain't as good as I once was....."

As Mike said I was a MONTH away from having my back surgery. I "HAD" a herniated/bulging disc in L4,L5 and S1.. Mr. Scotts wonderful bride found me one to use and since the first time I used it I felt immediate relief. Since then I have felt 100% better and I am back to full movement and even running again better than before. Old or Young its worth trying if you have back or neck issues..

Our physical therapist at work got me on one of those after 10 years of Army back. It works. You've got to work up to hanging completely back though, nothing more then 10 minutes.
